The price that you pay is the price shown on the site which includes VAT (19.6%) for EU Customers.
The price does not include the delivery charges, set out in www.ArcadeMode.com Shipping Policy.

We reserve ourselves the right to change prices listed without notice. All orders for products are subject to availability and we reserve ourselves the right to decline to supply any individual or company.

Prices are established in the european currency, which is the Euro.
The prices indicated in other currencies (GB Pound, US Dollar or Japanese Yen) are only indicative since conversion rates are not updated daily.

Please verify it. Any reshipment due to a wrong address will be at your cost.

The shipping method for orders

Your order's shipping fee is automatically calculated, depending on your location and depending on the weight of your items.
We mainly ship to France and the European Union.
Orders within France and the European Union are shipped with Colissimo Suivi and you will be given an individual number to track your order online.
Orders to North America, Australia and Japan are shipped with International Priority Shipping service, without tracking number.

DELIVERY DELAY

Orders shipped to France usually take less than open 3 days to be delivered after you get the e-mail confirmation.
We have a deal for 48hrs or less deliveries with the french La Poste services.
Anthologeek is not responsible for supplementary delays.
Delivery delays in foreign countries depend on your local post services.
Anthologeek is not responsible for any inappropriate behaviour from post services.

RETURNS

We hope that all of our customers are happy with their purchases.
Item(s) that qualify for a return/exchange are our products if and ONLY they are still in its original, unopened and unworn condition.
All merchandise returned to Anthologeek (same address as above) must be delivered in the same condition in which it was originally shipped . Arcade Mode will review all returned merchandise for damage and verification that the merchandise originated from Arcade Mode.
If the return is due to an error from us, Arcade Mode will refund the return shipping cost and will ship a replacement for the item (at no charge),- OR - will refund the amount of the item(s) as well as the original shipping charges.
Arcade Mode will not exchange or refund goods if the customer has made a error, such as picking the wrong item or selecting wrong options (size, etc.).
